Help Desk Ticketing for Customer Service

NOTE:Ìý Beginning December 11, 2017, all communication and customer service requests regarding the ɬÀï·¬ Certificate of High School Equivalency are made through the ɬÀï·¬Help Desk.Ìý Requests cannot be submitted via email.Ìý

The Help Desk ticketing system is for all correspondence regarding the ɬÀï·¬ Certificate of High School Equivalency.Ìý There are six options for the type of correspondence:

  • (GED, HiSET, TASC)
    Certificates should be verified or purchased from the online search application at . Ìý If no records are found, request additional research by completing this ticket;Ìý

  • Parents or guardians can enter student information to clear their 16 or 17-year-olds to test. The previously used forms are no longer required.Ìý Adult educators and third parties will be able to complete the ticket and upload a signed consent form as another option;Ìý

  • RequestÌýcorrections to your personal information and upload personal documentation securely;
