The ɬÀï·¬ Education Agency produces a variety of financial reports throughout the year. These reports provide information on school district financial compliance, school district budgets and spending, state funding, ɬÀï·¬expenditures, and the ɬÀï·¬ Permanent School Fund.Â
Financial Integrity Rating System of ɬÀï·¬Â
These reports provide an overview of each district's financial accountability status known as the School Financial Integrity Rating System of ɬÀï·¬ (FIRST) rating. The state's school financial accountability rating system ensures that ɬÀï·¬ public schools are held accountable for the quality of their financial management practices and that they improve those practices.

ɬÀï·¬ Permanent School Fund
The ɬÀï·¬ Permanent School Fund (PSF), a multi-billion dollar education endowment, was created with a $2,000,000 appropriation by the ɬÀï·¬ Legislature in 1854 expressly for the benefit of the ɬÀï·¬ public schools.
