Educator Advisory Committee

The Educator Advisory Committee (EAC), established as part of House Bill 3906, 86th ɬÀï·¬ Legislature, 2019, (), is an advisory committee that provides feedback and recommendations about the entirety of the ɬÀï·¬ Assessment Program. The committee was created in January 2020 and is composed of educators with diverse experience and expertise across the state. Committee members serve for a period of four years.

The EAC meets biannually to discuss and provide feedback on various parts of the ɬÀï·¬ Assessment Program; ad hoc meetings are scheduled as needed. Meeting topics have included items such as the recent ɬÀï·¬ Redesign, implementation of new ɬÀï·¬ Essential Knowledge and Skills into the assessment program, and the ɬÀï·¬ Through-year Assessment Pilot (TTAP).
